A self-taught artist, of Indian origin, who has called Dubai home for over 20 years. Passionate about art from a very early age, I have experimented with various mediums and styles until I found my happy place.

A self-taught artist, of Indian origin, who has called Dubai home for over 20 years. Passionate about art from a very early age, I have experimented with various mediums and styles until I found my happy place.
I believe in continuous learning and development of my skills through the process of observation and experimentation.
I have exhibited my paintings at Expo 2020, and various galleries and exhibitions in the UAE. I also won 2nd place in Dubai Municipality's Art Competion 2022 with my watercolor rendition of the Hawksbill Turtle.

On one hand, I enjoy the magic and unpredictability of watercolors, with its fluid dynamics and transparency, while on the other, the control, versatility and vibrant nature of Acrylics has it's own magnetism.
I mostly work with these two mediums, sometimes incorporating mixed media and textured art.

I find inspiration in the world around me and am most enchanted by the play of light and shadow on objects and faces. I enjoy capturing movement in my art, be it in the form of the ocean, a running horse, or a dancer.
I enjoy travelling to exotic lands and capturing their memories on canvas.
